The case involved the death of a man and serious injuries to seven other plaintiffs.  The defense attorney asked the jury to award the plaintiffs nothing and argued that the defendant and its representatives could have done nothing.  Through effective presentation at trial and through the use of experts, our attorneys were able to help our clients win a substantial verdict.  The tent collapse and this case were covered by news media extensively and we are proud to have helped the clients find justice they deserved.
