$5.2 Million Verdict - Tent Collapse

In April 2012, multiple individuals were severely injured when a temporary tent collapsed next to Busch Stadium in St. Louis.  A man attending the game with his brother was killed during the event.  Almost four years later, Todd Muchnick and Aaron Haber helped the trial team win a $5.2 million verdict after the case entered the second week of trial.  The defense attorney asked the jury to award nothing, claiming his clients could have done nothing to prevent the incident.  Through effective presentation at trial through the use of experts, the trial team helped the injured parties obtain a substantial verdict.
