Attorney Josh Margolis has successfully represented plaintiffs and defendants in a wide variety of areas including claims involving personal injury, auto accidents, truck accidents, construction site accidents, work-related accidents, premises liability, municipal liability, school liability, claims for wrongful death, product liability, and FELA (Federal Employers Liability Act). Josh has represented individuals and companies in all phases of litigation including extensive discovery practice, motion practice, trial, post-trial, and appellate practice. Aside from representing clients throughout Missouri and Illinois, Josh has tried jury and bench trials to verdict throughout the area, including St. Louis County, St. Charles County, Franklin County, Jefferson County, Camden County, Montgomery County and Lawrence, Kansas. He is admitted to practice by the Missouri Bar, the Illinois Bar, and the United States District Court, Eastern District of Missouri. Josh has also represented individuals in multiple states throughout the country.

Josh received his law degree from the University of Missouri - Kansas City School of Law in 2003. He was a staff associate of The Urban Lawyer Journal. Prior to law school Josh attended the University of Florida where he received a bachelors of science from the Warrington College of Business. He also was a member of the men's soccer team and the Phi Delta Theta Fraternity at the University of Florida. Josh studied international business at the Hoogeschool Harlem - School of Business in Haarlem, Netherlands, in 2000.
